What are Managed Services?
The definition of Managed Services is to allow a business to offload IT operations to a service provider, known as a Managed Service Provider. At 3A&L we know what it means to be your partner in technology and we want to help you and your business ensure that the term “Managed Services” is more than just an IT buzzword. 3A&L is a true managed service provider, we don't use the term as a marketing tool but rather the way we do business.....it truly is in our DNA. 3A&L offers true “flat rate” services packaged as “managed services”. 3A&L will assume an ongoing responsibility for 24-hour monitoring, managing and/or problem resolution for the IT systems within your business.
No more "Break-fix"
Years ago, the "Break-fix" maintenance plans were all the rage and they allowed companies to service and fix problems as they cropped up. What this meant to a business is that something had to go wrong before they would receive any service, resulting in reduction or downtime in IT system performance while you wait for the problem to be fixed.

Furthermore, 3A&L realizes that having separate support companies responsible for different parts of your infrastructure puts you the business in the difficult position of trying to determine who you need to contact when there is a problem.
